4 on farm visits by AMS personnel for AMS related issues (2 spring and 2 fall)

Examples of On Farm Visits:

  • On farm software updates (Spring and Fall). Multiple units must be in same location
  • Recap product updates and changes over past software versions
  • Basic Apex setup and support
  • Check AMS products for optimum performance and make recommendations
  • Facilitate renewal of SF2 subscriptions (Customer provide means of payment)
  • On farm training
  • Technical support of AMS products
  • Access to ALL AMS training seminars and clinics free of charge
  • Loaner AMS equipment if an issue cannot be resolved in 24 hours (AMS equipment only)
  • Priority service on AMS support
  • Unlimited free phone support
  • 4 Remote Display Access connections
  • New product information via email (email required)
